Hi, I’m Kelly U, and I love therapy. But I promise, this will not feel like a therapy session. I’m here to do two things. First, I want to show you that it’s not “just you” thinking, feeling and struggling the way you do. And second, I will tell you what it’s really like to heal through things that you never thought you could. What qualifies me for such an endeavor? Six years of therapy to finally leave a toxic relationship, face my family drama and trauma, and recover from a lifetime of eating disorders and depression. I can't wait to go through and grow through so much with all of you!
