There is something that you might not know about me. Fitness and nutrition is by far my biggest hobby. I grew up running track and playing soccer so I always ran a good bit. But when I got to college, I hung up the running shoes and hit the gym. While I really enjoyed lifting in college, I didn't have a plan. Everything was so sporadic. I gained some muscle and got stronger because I went from no lifting to somewhat consistent lifting. But it wasn't until 2020 that everything changed. I finally decided to believe all of the people that said that nutrition is equally (if not more) important than lifting in order to hit your fitness goals. Learning about fitness and nutrition has truly changed my life, and my goal is to help you change yours. With a few simple things to understand as well as a few mindset tweaks, you can do more than you could ever imagine with your fitness goals. On this podcast, I talk about... -Being consistently good over occasionally great -Fitness myths -How to fuel your body by eating well -How to build muscle and burn fat P.S. This podcast is about learning to lead yourself so that you can one day lead others well. My personal belief is that a huge part of leading yourself is learning how to take care of your body. The more you take care of your body, the better you will show up for the people who need you.
