Growing a YouTube channel takes a lot of hard work. More and more full-time creators are quitting, burning out, and even experiencing some mental health issues along with some addictions for coping. There is a lot to manage when you consider what it takes to create videos, build a community, sustain the business, and put yourself out there emotionally on a regular basis. Here's what I do to avoid burnout and balance real life with YouTube life so I can continue to serve viewers the best way possible.
