This is always a touchy subject with dog owners. There are owners that want their dogs to romp off leash and have a good time and there are owners that can't take their dogs off leash and need a little guidance with socializing. Either way, you should always be thoughtful of who you might run into and how to best handle the situation. Letting your dog run up to another dog off leash is playing Russian Roulette.
