It has been nearly three weeks since the US Presidential Election, in this week's episode we reflect on all of the moving pieces. This election was unprecedented for many reasons--mail-in ballots, historic turnout, a female Vice President--all amid a global pandemic. As two women who align with the values of the Democratic Party, we shared in the excitement around Vice President-elect Kamal Harris. And pondered the question if the next ticket for President had a woman at the top but not from our party, would we be just as excited to break the glass ceiling?
