In one of her roles, Heidi is driving change through the technology and innovation team in a magic circle law firm, applying the science of behavioural change. She has also created the platform Jurilogical, which addresses the learning and skills gap in the current curriculum for barristers. We discuss why she takes the approach she does, what this approach is and why she decided to enter the legal technology space.
