HOUR 2 - Steelers interested in Cousins, GIVEAWAY, Mike Florio
The PM Team w/Poni & Mueller - En podkast av Audacy - Mandager

Kirk Cousins showed up at the Falcons voluntary workouts yesterday, but there was some news regarding the Atlanta QB this morning. And that is that the Steelers could be interested in trading for him. Why would the Steelers have any interest in Cousins if the Aaron Rodgers thing was bound to happen? The guys hate the idea of the Steelers trading for Cousins, saying it would be the lowest of the low they could do at quarterback. If all of these falls through, what is their next option? GIVEAWAY. Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Mike said he can’t get the Kenny Pickett taste out of his mouth and the Steelers should keep that in mind tomorrow night. Mike brought up Johnny Manziel in saying he can’t remember a QB prospect that has been so up-and-down on boards like Shedeur Sanders is since Manziel. Would Pittsburgh be the right spot for Sanders? Mike said it would be a helluva time for a smokescreen from the Steelers. Mike still believes Cleveland is a possibility for Kirk Cousins, but he doesn’t think Kirk will waive his no-trade clause to be a backup QB. Does Cousins make any sense for the Steelers? Where do things stand with Aaron Rodgers?
