HOUR 2 - Gene Ribnicky, Pat Freiermuth, Jen Zgurich

Gene Ribnicky from Vecenie Distributing joined the show. Gene donated 3,000 meals to the Feed the Need cause. Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth joined the show. Pat joked with Chris about him not deserving his extension. Pat talked about his trip to Ireland as the Steelers get set for the game there in September. Pat brought up the reaction to the DK Metcalf trade, which happened while he was overseas. Pat talked about giving back to the community and referenced a few guys on the team that actively give back. Pat said the Boys & Girls Club is close to his heart in Pittsburgh. Pat talked about how entrenched he has been in the city since being drafted, even though he’s not a native Pittsburgher. The guys posed an interesting sports question to Pat. Pat said he has messaged Aaron Rodgers over the last couple of weeks. Pat questioned Poni’s sources on some of his tweets. Jen Zgurich from the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank joined the show. She talked about the services of the Food Bank and how much they have helped the local community. Jen told us about the distribution centers in the area. Jen said you only need to be 12 & older in some areas to volunteer and gave us a few ways people can reach out to do so.
