Mike Tomlin did not give any insight into the George Pickens penalties in his press conference today. The guys discuss the strengths and weaknesses that Pickens brings to the table. Pickens has been penalized a lot the last few weeks. Is it worth the headache?  We take some phone calls. The first caller says that Pickens played immediately in the NFL after high school, which is obviously not the case.  Tomlin said Joey Porter Jr. has a "serial killer mentality". What does that mean?
