Simon Sinek's Golden Circle is a tool or a mindset that is very useful in management, leadership, business, personal development, and life in general. The book title "Start with Why" describes the principle in one sentence. A strong "why" is the engine, a driver, the fixed star for business, work, and life. The "how" and finally the "what" follows from this. I designed the 3P principle (personality, processes, parameters) of the HMI development and poured it into a workshop. In this podcast episode, I present the two methods and show their connections.
