The Context of JavaScript and its Future with Carson Lind

Carson Lind is the owner of Eagle Optimizations and the creator of WidgetStudio. I sit down with him today to talk about our similar background in FileMaker and how he got into JavaScript. We talk about the context in which JavaScript could be used: spoiler alert: there’s a lot of context. Carson explains his thoughts about why JavaScript is getting its day in the FileMaker community. We also chat about WidgetStudio, its customization and deployment options, and its use in a FileMaker developers world. Finally we talk about FileMaker DevCon 2019 and talk a lot about the new script step we saw there that makes working with JavaScript so much easier.
