Tom Lee says Bitcoin must hit $150,000 before ETFs can work. And if that happens, Millennials may be set to be the wealthiest generation yet.  That is, if massive debt doesn’t get them first. Today we’ll take a look at the percent of world debt by country, and we’ll examine how the Federal Reserve or any central bank “prints money” by adding credit to banks’ deposits, lowering the Fed funds rate target, and using large-scale open market operations.
