AI Detection System Developed with 95% Accuracy

Researchers at Penn State are working to develop solutions to detect artificial intelligence-generated content online, as the rise of AI tools makes it increasingly challenging to distinguish between human-written and AI-generated text. Led by Professor Dongwon Lee, the team has developed a solution with 85-95% accuracy in detecting AI-generated content, but notes that even humans can only accurately detect it 53% of the time.
