Podcast #2 - How to successfully outsource a testing project (EN)

Our colleague Miloš Novák had a talk with Marawan Abdelhady from our business partner in testing services, Soundtrack Your Brand. After discussing some basics such as what is outsourcing, why Soundtrack Your Brand decided to outsource and how the transition worked, we focused on the most crucial aspect. We agreed that the most important thing when outsourcing a project is a good communication. We mostly debated ways of achieving the best results in this area. Specifically, we talked about what types of information are most important to share and how proper tools can help with sharing it efficiently.
