Enjoy the case.  On April 1, 2023, in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, 12-year-old Kain Heinland was with friends Nolan Grove, 13, and Miles Belleman. Nolan had his father’s loaded pistol, which he displayed and played with throughout the day, while Miles had a BB gun. Later, Nolan pointed the gun at Kain multiple times, which led to a fatal shot to Kain’s back as they walked through a neighbor’s yard. Nolan and Miles fled, with Nolan eventually calling his father, while Miles' parents contacted 911. Despite initial charges being delayed, Nolan faced trial for third-degree murder and other charges, with Kain’s family seeking justice.. Nolan, charged as an adult, could face a minimum of 40 years in prison.
