The programme involves a few key elements done consistently for 75 days... 1) follow a diet designed for physical improvement (no cheat meals, no alcohol and no junk food) 2) drink a gallon of water per day 3) read 10 pages of a non-fiction book per day 4) 2 x 45 minute separate workouts per day.
