Fabian is the co-founder and CTO of LUKSO, an open blockchain ecosystem for the fashion and lifestyle industry. Fabian has been a mainstay in the Ethereum ecosystem, having previously worked at the Ethereum Foundation and having built foundational products and libraries such as the Mist Browser, Ethereum Wallet, and web3js. In 2015 he proposed the ERC-20 token standard, which became the foundation for the "token economy" boom. On this episode Fabian talks about the importance of open standards, how to create digital ownership and identity, and how LUKSO is bridging the digital and physical worlds to create real use cases - and adoption - for decentralized technologies, starting with the ubiquitous world of fashion.
