When we work with Agile and Scrum teams, we may find that the team does not have a simple tool in place for visualizing work: a simple task or story board. In this episode, we explore how we can introduce the concept and the impact of a simple task/story board to the teams we work with. A few years ago he was at David Anderson's first Kanban Conference and has been a fanatic ever since, even though he has lost several jobs as a result of it.
