The team fell into the trap of becoming feature factory workers, losing sight of the purpose behind their work. Anti-patterns such as "it's not my job" and "I finished my part of the ticket" emerged. Even attempts to improve team dynamics, like playing sports, didn't address the underlying issue of delivering outcomes. This situation persisted for an extended period, ultimately impacting the success of the product.
