Mwiya is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Frontier Capital Partners, an Africa-focused private investment firm. He is also Co-Founder and CEO at Thebe Investment Management, a Zambian private investment firm with $1.5B of project pipeline under development. Through Thebe, Mwiya is building a 3,000+ acre satellite city called Nkwashi which is planned to be the home of up to 100,000 residents. Mwiya is also a Co-Founder of Taji and the African Renaissance Conference. He serves on the board of the Charter Cities Institute, the Explorer School, and Explorer Academy.
