484: Brianna Shrader – How to grow a fantastic team to support a fast moving and profitable photography business

Brianna Shrader of www.shyheartstudios.com came to my attention when chatting with photography business and mindset coach Johl Dunn. I asked if any photographers were doing exceptionally well and that I should be approaching for an interview. He immediately suggested Brianna. I jumped over to her website and saw a team of 13 in the business! They look to be an almost all-female group focusing on engagement, wedding and family photography in Orange County, Southern California. With that large a team, I expected to see multiple FB ads — instead, I couldn't see any ads running. Then I thought, ok, they must be on page one on Google? Nope, not that I could see for the search terms I was looking up. What about Instagram followers… 2,500. I scrolled through her Facebook feed and saw they had a brand new studio. Where are all these clients coming from? My interest was triggered, and I couldn't wait to learn more about what looks to be, and I'm told, a fantastic business with an incredible operator.
