In this episode, Andrew and John provide introductions to each other and how the podcast come about. It has been a goal of Andrew's to provide a platform and cast a spotlight on those from a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion background. They also discuss the vision for upcoming episodes where they will be talking to women from the tech community to promote, highlight and spotlight the excellent work they are doing.
