His instincts for trends and unmet market demands are outstanding. His first company Sun Microsystems introduced the first commercially viable graphic user interface. It came to be one of the fastest growing companies of all times Bechtolsheim invested in Google before the corporation had even been been formed, and has reached stunning success with his new company Arista Networks.
