EY was named as a Market Leader in the latest HFS Horizons: Life Sciences Service Providers study, 2023. EY blurs the lines between its capabilities of advisory and technology platforms with the demand side needs across the value chain by attracting industry talent, investing in technical capabilities, and cultivating a strategic partner ecosystem to address the triple aim of care, sustainably. HFS Horizon evaluated 29 service providers addressing the life sciences market across four dimensions; Why, What, How and So What for their ability to address the triple aim of care (cost, experience, and health outcomes). The study highlights the unprecedented sophistication of service providers as they assemble various types of ecosystems to drive differentiation and meet elevated outcome expectations, yet the industry is biased toward maintaining the status quo by buying services rather than outcomes.
