Glenn van Zutphen and award-winning author Neil Humphreys are joined by Russell Storer, Director (Curatorial & Collections) at National Gallery Singapore and Rita Targui, STPI Gallery Director as they discuss a new local initiative called, Proposals for Novel Ways of Being, collaborated by the National Gallery Singapore, Singapore Art Museum, and 10 local art galeries.
