In her 25 years of police service, Kathy worked at a crime prevention unit and engaged in cyber awareness training and education. With a heart to help the masses, she now goes into the community and educates them about cybercrimes and cyber risks.  Kathy talks about the dramatic increase in cyber scams and frauds in this time of the pandemic, in which cybercriminals take advantage of the fear and emotional instability that COVID 19 brings to the people.  Kathy shares how important it is to be proactive in cyber security and to be careful with anything you do online.
