201: Mind your Leadership Presence

Ever hear the saying, “People don’t leave companies, they leave managers”? This means that sometimes we – as the leaders – are the problem. This episode is full of tough love as we talk about HOW you show up as a leader, and how your presence impacts everyone around you.
